All content — including the Reclaim Your Mind™ method, frameworks, workbooks, audio, video, and written materials — is the intellectual property of Coach Umita G. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
4. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Prices listed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Programs begin only after successful payment confirmation.
5. Coaching Disclaimer
Coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please consult a licensed professional.
6. No Guaranteed Results
While our methods are designed to produce real change, individual results vary based on effort, engagement, and personal circumstances. No specific outcome is guaranteed.
7. Appointment & Rescheduling Policy
Discovery and coaching calls may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be counted as a completed session.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services for misuse, abusive behavior, or violation of these terms, without refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coach Umita G is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of services or content.
10. Digital Product Usage
Digital products are licensed for personal use only. Sharing, reselling, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
12. Razorpay Compliance
