Discovery Calls
Discovery calls (including the free Clarity Reset Call) may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations may be marked as completed.
Coaching Programs
Refund requests for paid coaching programs are accepted within 7 days of purchase, only if coaching sessions have not commenced and no program materials have been accessed. Once program access is granted or the first session has occurred, the program is non-refundable.
Digital Products
Digital products (workbooks, audio resets, courses) are non-refundable after delivery, due to the nature of instant-access content.
Cancellation Process
To request a cancellation or refund, email coachumitag@gmail.com with your order details and reason. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay within 7–10 business days.
